Tell us about your application process?<\/strong><\/p>\n A person from the HR department and a team leader from Research & Development were there. Various topics got introduced and a topic for the final thesis was found in joint consultation. The interview was initially conducted online and after the topic for the thesis was found, there was also an on-site meeting with a closer introduction of the topic and a possibility to gain insights of the working atmosphere.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n What are the advantages of writing the thesis within a company?<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Which expectations for a thesis with the company did you have and were they met?<\/strong><\/p>\n Expectations:<\/p>\n Fulfillments:<\/p>\n In my opinion, the fulfillments are even above the expectations, because I learned a lot and was able to acquire knowledge.
