Interview Bachelor Thesis R&D
Tell us about your application process?
A person from the HR department and a team leader from Research & Development were there. Various topics got introduced and a topic for the final thesis was found in joint consultation. The interview was initially conducted online and after the topic for the thesis was found, there was also an on-site meeting with a closer introduction of the topic and a possibility to gain insights of the working atmosphere.

Which expectations for a thesis with the company did you have and were they met?
Expectations:
- Gain hands-on experience in the industry and work environment

Fulfillments:
In my opinion, the fulfillments are even above the expectations, because I learned a lot and was able to acquire knowledge. This is mainly due to the professional competence of the staff, especially my supervisor.

Deeper knowledge in electrical engineering, especially power electronics, control engineering and electrical machines.

What happens after your bachelor thesis?
I´m doing the master´s degree in electrical engineering in Munich. I can imagine writing the final thesis within the company AVL SET again.
