Development Engineer (m/f/d) – Controls and Simulation

Your Role

• Design and simulate control concepts in Matlab/Simulink
• Simulate the emulator system
• Implement new software features in controller models
• Generate VHDL IP cores
• Carry out the commissioning and qualification of controllers on the emulator / in the laboratory
• Document code and test results

Your Skills

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• Good understanding of electric drives, power electronics and control systems
• Experience of working with power electronics in a lab environment before
• Experience with real time models
• Knowledge of MATLAB / Simulink and basic skills in C programming
• Ability to work in complex and abstract contexts
